Terms & Conditions

All parties are catered for a minimum number of 20 children (including the birthday child). Additional party guests will be charged accordingly.
Strictly no outside food and drinks is allowed within Port Of Lost Wonder premise.
Party bookings must be confirmed two (2) weeks in advance. Confirmation includes provision of credit card information for authorization purposes.
Number of attendees must be finalized three (3) working days prior to the event.
Payment must be made on the day of the event.
Cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to the event is subjected to 50% of party package charges.
Cancellation less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the event is subjected to 100% of party package charges.
